Our founder, Grace LaConte, is a writer and speaker with deep experience in risk management, financial strategy, and achieving healthy organizational growth. She has guided leadership teams in small- to mid-sized manufacturers, B2B services, and professional firms to resolve cash flow gaps, reduce team turnover, and uncover hidden inefficiencies.

About the Founder

Before launching the firm, Grace LaConte served as a Risk Manager, Director of Privacy & Compliance, and Marketing Director in the healthcare and tech industries. After shifting from employee to leadership, she saw the powerful impact of listening to frontline teams, especially insights that are often missed at the top. She also noticed that leaders can benefit from what their Foundational Staff can share with proper feedback loops.

These insights resulted in the Employee For a Day Resilient Profit Cycle, and Profit Leakage in Plain Sight concepts which are designed to reconnect leaders with their teams and uncover overlooked opportunities for profit & performance.
